Police: Two men shot, injured in separate incidents late Sunday into Monday; no one in custody

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating two separate shooting incidents that occurred late Sunday night, June 21st and early Monday morning, June 22nd.

The first incident occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of N. 4th Street (near N. 4th and Clarke).

Police say a 20-year-old man was shot and injured. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, and he is expected to survive.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation.

No one is in custody.

The second incident occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of W. Rohr Avenue (near N. 4th and Rohr).

Police say a 29-year-old man was shot and injured. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. It is believed he will survive.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
