Police: 25-year-old man shot, injured near 34th and Clarke

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday night, August 30th.

It happened in the 2600 block of N. 34th Street (near 34th and W. Clarke Street) around 10:15 p.m.

Police say a 25-year-old man was shot, and suffered a minor injury.

The man was unable to provide information to police as to why he was shot.

The investigation is ongoing.

This shooting occurred nearly 12 hours after another shooting Sunday, near the same location.

That shooting occurred around 11:20 a.m. near 24th and Clarke.

Police say a man suffered non life-threatening injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No arrests have been made in this case.
