Thrill seekers take note: Cedar Point plans another record-breaking coaster for riders in 2016

SANDUSKY, Ohio -- If you're a thrill seeker, you may want to pencil in a visit to Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio next spring. The park, known as "America's Roller Coast," has pulled the wraps off another record-breaking roller coaster -- set to debut in May 2016.

The new coaster will be called "Valravn." It will be the world's tallest, fastest and longest dive roller coaster. A dive coaster is classified as a steel roller coaster where riders experience a moment of free-falling with at least one 90-degree drop.

"Valravn" is expected to reach a top speed of 75 miles an hour. It's set to open for coaster riders on May 7, 2016.
