Prospect Avenue apartment project

MILWAUKEE — A proposal for a new apartment building on North Prospect Avenue in Milwaukee will move forward.

The East Side Architectural Review Board unanimously signed off on the $14 million, six-story apartment building.

The building, with 80 apartment units, would replace a parking lot and Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant on the corner of Prospect and Ivanhoe Place.

The developer says he would like to start construction soon and have the project finished by spring 2017.
