Wisconsin home sales up in August, closing strong summer
MILWAUKEE — It was a strong summer of home sales in Wisconsin — with a more moderate three percent increase in August.
That’s according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
However, from June through August, Wisconsin tallied its highest sales since 2005.
The summer months account for about 32 percent of sales in any given year.
Year-to-date, Wisconsin is more than six percent ahead of last year’s pace at the end of August.
