Phoenix Investors purchases office building at Kilbourn and Milwaukee for $2M

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee developer Phoenix Investors is moving from the city's East Side to downtown.

The company has purchased an office building on Kilbourn and Milwaukee Street for over $2 million.

Phoenix will move 30 employees to the office, and will hire 10 more people to keep up with a growing portfolio of industrial buildings.

They will renovate the building, adding an exercise and yoga room, a locker room and nap room.

Phoenix will move in by the end of November.
