MILWAUKEE -- Two organizations in Milwaukee are receiving an important donation from Steinhafels and Tempur-Pedic.
Brand new mattresses are being donated to Kathy's House and Meta House.
On Wednesday, October 7th, the mattresses were delivered to Kathy's House -- an organization that provides rooms for families who come from out of town and have a loved one in the hospital.
Kathy's House officials say the new mattresses were much needed!
"One thing we've heard is 'if we could just do something about the mattresses,' so today I'm so happy! We are having a bit of mattress-palooza here at Kathy's House. We're getting all new mattresses and box springs!" Patty Metropulos with Kathy's House said.
Not only did Kathy's House get the new mattresses -- volunteers helped to take out the old mattresses, clean the rooms, and then assemble the new mattresses.
