GREENFIELD — Greenfield police say a dangerous, violent felon is in police custody after a high-speed pursuit that took place late Sunday night, October 11th. It was all captured by a dash camera.

An automated license plate reader alerted an officer to the stolen vehicle at about 11:45 p.m. Sunday. The 40-year-old Fond du Lac man driving the vehicle was a felon, wanted in connection with burglaries in the Oshkosh area.

During the pursuit, the officer used a Pursuit Intervention Technique (PIT) to end the chase and bring the vehicle to a stop.

The suspect remains in the county jail awaiting numerous charges. His 42-year-old female passenger is also in custody for drug possession.

Nice pit! Kudos to the GFPD for apprehending this animal. I enjoyed the tackle in the end too. Keep up the good work officers.

Ray’s Butcher Shoppe IS THE WORST BUTCHER SHOP IN THE MILWAUKEE AREA. Would not recommend that place to ANYONE for ANYTHING. Horrible customer service!

Good place to end a chase though if you’re a violent felon. They routinely ignore all their customers so you wouldn’t have any witnesses to what you’re doing!

Haha. Glad I’m not the only person who noticed this. Stood at the counter at Rays for five minutes without anyone offering to help. Left and went to Sendiks. FAR superior service.
