Developing: Fire breaks out at Cudahy apartment building, two hurt

CUDAHY -- Two people were treated for smoke inhalation in the wake of a fire at a three-story apartment building in Cudahy.

The fire broke out Thursday afternoon, October 15th at the corner of Layton and Kinnickinnic.

Authorities say the fire started on the third floor of the apartment building but didn't spread too far.

Two people suffered smoke inhalation, but they were both treated on scene.



At this point, fire officials do not have an estimate as to how much damage was caused by the fire. But there was limited damage to the apartments surrounding the one where the fire took place.
