CHICAGO -- Chicago police on Saturday, October 24th made arrests during a protest outside an event attended by Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn.

WGN is reporting 19 men and 47 women were arrested during the protest outside McCormick Place on S. Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. The convention center was playing host to the 122nd International Association of Chiefs of Police -- attended by Chief Flynn.
