MILWAUKEE -- Finding unique food around southeast Wisconsin can sometimes be difficult -- especially when talking about sandwiches. But one couple is changing that with a twist on tradition. Brian Kramp visited Xankia Vietnamese Sandwiches & Cuisine.

About Xankia

XANKIA (Sun-Kia), formerly known as Banh Mi Nhu Y, is a Vietnamese Banh Mi (sandwich) shop located Downtown Milwaukee.  The shop was opened since November 2010 and went through a name change on May 2014.
