Admirals scare off Monsters at BMO Harris Bradley Center, 3-1

MILWAUKEE -- Admirals goalie Juuse Saros came within 1:24 of recording his second straight shutout as he stopped 32 shots to help guide the Admirals to a 3-1 win over Lake Erie on Friday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

Anthony Bitetto pushed the Ads lead to 2-0 when he centering pass deflected off the stick of Lake Erie's T.J. Tynan and into their net.

The Monsters Alex Broadhurst ended Saros' shutout streak at 126:35 when he scored a 6-on-4 goal off a scramble to the immediate right of Saros with just 89 seconds to go in the game.

However, Max Reinhart put the game away for Milwaukee with an empty net goal with 32 seconds remaining in the game.

Colton Sissons earned an assist on the Bitetto goal to extend his scoring streak to six games, the longest of his career.
