FRANKLIN — Franklin police and the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office were called out to the area near S. 27th Street and College Avenue — where a body was found on Tuesday afternoon, November 10th.

The body was found in a wooded area north of the Home Depot store in the area — and behind a mobile home court on the west side of S. 27th Street.

Police say the body is identified as a 54-year-old man from Hayward. His name will be released after family has been notified.

An autopsy will be performed this week to determine the cause of death. But officials say it does not appear suspicious at this time.
