Johnnie Tucker

MILWAUKEE -- 51-year-old Johnnie Tucker faces multiple criminal charges in connection with the fatal shooting of Colin Alexander on Friday, November 13th.

Tucker is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, aggravated battery use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.

According to the criminal complaint, Tucker approached Alexander outside of Waz's Tavern near 46th and Burleigh late on that Friday. Multiple witnesses indicated Tucker had a gun and was "pointing the gun at Colin."

Surveillance video retrieved by Milwaukee police apparently shows this interaction -- and then Alexander "running across 46th St." before collapsing after being shot. The video apparently also shows Alexander's brother Terrance also being shot. Terrance Alexander suffered non-life threatening wounds.

If convicted on the most serious charge, Tucker faces up to life in prison.
