UW-Milwaukee Panthers fall to Duquesne on the road 96-92

ESTERO, Fla.  — Derrick Colter scored a career-high 27 before fouling out with 2:36 left in overtime and Micah Mason scored four points in the final 43 seconds to help Duquesne hold off Milwaukee for a 96-92 win on Tuesday, November 24th.


Mason made 4 3-pointers, finished with 26 points and tied a career high with nine assists. Eric James added 15 points and came up with two steals in the final 52 seconds of overtime.

Matt Tiby hit a 3-pointer to put Milwaukee up 92-88 with 2:14 left in overtime.

L.G. Gill answered with a 3 on the other end and, after James came up with a steal, Mason made a driving layup to put Duquesne (4-1) up 93-92.

Duquesne got a stop and Mason hit two free throws before James got another steal and hit 1 of 2 from the stipe to seal it.

Tiby scored a career-high 29 points for Milwaukee (4-3).
