It’ll stop when the inner city folks get edumacated and stop producing animals that just roam around the streets with their buddies intimidating and up to no good. What else are they gonna do? You wake up, get stoned, go walk around with your 9 and then wait for ish to start. Kids having kids with no morals or idea of how a society is supposed to work.
Remember sticks and stones may break my bones but, hollow points spread on impact.
