Police: 62-year-old man shot and killed near N. 42nd & Fairmount

MILWAUKEE -- A 62-year-old man was shot and killed near N. 42nd and Fairmount overnight Monday, December 7th.

The homicide took place at approximately 11:00 p.m.

The victim has been identified as Thomas Elliot.

Police say this shooting appears to be drug-related.

There are no suspects in custody at this time.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
