Shorewood police: Van, miniature bus involved in crash near Oakland Ave., Capitol Drive

SHOREWOOD -- Shorewood police on Tuesday evening, December 8th were on the scene of a crash involving a school bus and a van.

It happened near Oakland Avenue and Capitol Drive in Shorewood just before 5:00 p.m.

It is not believed there were any students on board the miniature bus at the time of this incident.

The female bus driver was injured, but she didn't have to be taken to the hospital.

The circumstances surrounding this crash are under investigation.
