Stabbing victim from July incident later dies, woman now charged with reckless homicide

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled a stabbing in the neighborhood near 47th and Eggert from July 19th a homicide.
The victim, 56-year-old Willie Allen, died from his wounds on October 29th.
53-year-old Danita Crawford has now been charged with the crime -- and the District Attorney’s Office has amended the criminal charges to first-degree reckless homicide.
