GREEN BAY — Wisconsin lawmakers are working to prepare more liquor licenses for future tenants of the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown District development.

State law limits licenses based on population, so developers would need special permission to add more liquor licenses to the area.

Under a proposed bill, area towns will have the option to send their unused licenses to Ashwaubenon.

Those licenses would be issued to future tenants of the Titletown District.
