RACINE COUNTY — Two people were killed in a crash early Tuesday morning, December 15th in the Town of Dover.

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 1900 block of Highway 75/South Beaumont Avenue around 5 a.m.

The two occupants, 20-year-old Jarett Heck from Salem and 22-year-old Zachary Faulhaber from Kansasville,  were ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials say it appears their vehicle left the roadway, struck a culvert and became air borne before striking a tree and power pole.

The investigation continues into the cause of the accident but speed does appear to have been a factor.
