Concours Motors announces sale of organization to Umansky Auto Group, pending approval

GLENDALE -- Concours Motors and its 60-year owners, the Wuesthoff family, have announced the sale of the organization to Umansky Automotive Group of Memphis, Tennessee pending factory approval.

The new ownership intends to retain current Concours leadership and employee base, and looks forward to providing greater options, size and service for customers in Milwaukee, according to Concours officials.

As a family-owned business, Umansky understands the unique role it plays in the community. Therefore, current Concours employees will be welcomed into the growing company and provided a positive vision for future growth, according to a statement from Concours.

Pending the final approved purchase of Concours, Umansky will soon consist of approximately 460 employees throughout the United States.
