Gas station canopy collapses in Cascade in Sheboygan County during winter storm

CASCADE -- Sheboygan County Sheriff's officials on Monday, December 28th were called out to a gas station after that gas station's canopy collapsed -- the second canopy collapse to occur in southeastern Wisconsin on Monday.

It happened at Marshall's Gas & Goods on Madison Avenue near County Road NN in Cascade.

We're told a deputy in the area noticed that the canopy had fallen over, but saw somebody from the business dealing with the issue.

No one was hurt.

There was no damage at the gas station -- other than to the canopy.

It is believed that either wind or snow toppled the canopy.

There were two vehicles under the canopy. One suffered substantial damage, but no one was hurt.
