Menomonee Falls-based developer planning development with 480 apartments in Kenosha

KENOSHA -- A Menomonee Falls-based developer has purchased more than 48 acres west of I-94 in Kenosha.

The developer intends to build a development with 480 apartments.

The land is at Highway 50 and 125th Avenue.

Continental Properties secured approval earlier this month for the apartment development's first phase, which will include 280 apartments.

The remaining 200 apartments would be built in a second phase.

Continental Properties valued the project at $35 million.
