Can you help? Milwaukee police need help identifying armed robbery suspect

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify a suspect who is accused of an armed robbery that occurred near Bremen and Clarke around 8:45 a.m. on January 22nd.

Police say the suspect was standing in front of a business when the female victim walked past. The suspect followed the victim, displayed a gun, and demanded and obtained the victim’s purse. The suspect then fled from the scene on foot.



The suspect is described as a black male, 19-27 years old, 6’ tall, and 160-175 pounds, with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and gray plaid winter hat with ear flaps, a dark blue winter jacket, and light colored pants.
