Tyco and Johnson Controls

MILWAUKEE — Johnson Controls CEO Alex Molinaroli has responded to the stream of attacks from Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

The attacks are due to Johnson Controls moving its corporate headquarters to Ireland as part of a merger with Tyco.

The merger will save an estimated $150 million in U.S. taxes.

In an op-ed for the Detroit Free Press, he clarified the company’s case, saying: “This merger is not motivated by taxes, as has been suggested, but rather, an incredible opportunity to combine two global leaders, which will lead to continued investments and expanded opportunities for our U.S. workforce.”

JCI needs to repay WI for all the Tax incentives we TAX PAYERS have spent on them over the years! It’s only a matter of time until they cut their WI workforce.
