Captured: "Facing well over 100 years in prison," Jack Wingo's is accused of attempted homicide



MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 31-year-old Jack Wingo III.  Wingo is wanted for First Degree Attempted Homicide, two counts of First Degree Reckless Injury and several drug charges.

Marshals say Wingo shot two men following an argument inside a diner near 47th and Lisbon.

One of the victims was able to flag down a nearby Milwaukee police officer but Wingo escape in his car and eventually on foot.

Both victims survived the attack.

Marshals say Wingo, a known drug dealer,  is 5' 6" and weighs 180 lbs.

He has a tattoo on his left arm.
