Trader Joe's issues recall on candies



MONROVIA, Calif. – Just days before Easter Sunday, Trader Joe's is recalling two types of candy over allergy concerns.

Both the Chocolate Orange Sticks and Chocolate Raspberry Sticks may contain milk, an ingredient not listed on the packaging, according to one of the company's suppliers.

Two people have already experienced allergic reactions after eating the sweets, Trader Joe's confirmed in a press release Friday.

"As a precaution, all of these products have been removed from sale," Trader Joe's said. "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Customers who bought the following items can return them to any Trader Joe's store for a full refund:

Trader Joe's Chocolate Orange Sticks (SKU 084716)
Trader Joe's Raspberry Sticks (SKU 084712)
