MILWAUKEE -- On Sunday, April 3rd, the day before Opening Day 2016 (Monday, April 4th), some Brewers fans got a nice surprise!

Brewers players and staff members passed out more than 2,500 letters -- placed on vehicles parked in the metro Milwaukee area.

The letters were written by players, and included a message thanking fans for their continued support, and welcoming the start of the 2016 season.

Each letter also included a gift -- tickets to a game, concessions vouchers, and certificates to go down Bernie’s Slide before a game.
