Police: Two men hurt in separate shootings that occurred within a 20-minute period
MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating two shootings that occurred within a 20-minute period on Wednesday evening, April 13th.
The first shooting happened around 5:35 p.m. near 76th and Congress.
Police said a 29-year-old Milwaukee man was shot during circumstances that are under investigation. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are seeking suspects.
The second shooting happened around 5:55 p.m. near 49th and Clarke.
Police said a 28-year-old man was shot while outside a home in the area. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
