Tips: Manage the menu the next time you eat out at a restaurant

MILWAUKEE -- It can be hard to stick to a diet when eating out at a restaurant. Registered dietitian Tatiana Castellino with Metro Market joined the Studio A team with some tips on managing the menu.

About Metro Market (from website)

The first Metro Market opened in downtown Milwaukee in 2004 and introduced the urban shopping concept to the city. A convenient stop for those who work and live downtown, the list of fresh and prepared offerings catered to the lifestyles of people on the go. Its Wi-Fi equipped café, serving espresso and gelato, became a neighborhood meeting place.

Since then, Metro Market has expanded into the suburbs with its quality selection, unequaled hospitality and personal service. Customers love our expansive selections of fresh produce, meat, seafood, baked goods and prepared gourmet meals, and exceptional specialty areas like our full service coffee bar, sweet shop, homemade Italian gelato, kosher department, giant salad bar, flower mart and our wine and cheese shop with more than 900 wines from all regions and imported, domestic and artisan cheeses.

The second Metro Market was opened in Brookfield in 2010 and the third in Mequon in March 2011.
