Captured: Andrew Leland, inmate who walked away from job site taken into custody

RACINE -- Racine authorities say 23-year-old Andrew Leland -- a minimum-security inmate at Sturtevant Transitional Facility that walked away from a work release job site was captured on Monday evening, May 2nd.
Officials were searching for Leland since Monday afternoon.
Leland’s prior offense includes perjury before the court.
