Flowers for mom: "Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library" hosts second annual plant sale

OAK CREEK -- On a beautiful Mother's Day on Sunday, May 8th, with sunshine and temperatures in the 60s, the "Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library" hosted their second annual plant sale, benefiting the Oak Creek Public Library.

The sale was held at the Oak Creek Civic Center  from May 6th through the 8th -- and ran from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Mother's Day.

There were tons of gorgeous plants to choose from, including flowers, hanging baskets, potted plants and edibles.

The plants were provided by Nature's Nook of Franklin.

FOX6's Julie Collins spent the morning Sunday out at the sale, and she was LIVE during FOX6 WakeUP News.
