Milwaukee police: 24-year-old man shot while walking to car near 63rd & Bobolink

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday night, May 12th.

It happened near 63rd and Bobolink just after 10:00 p.m.

Police say a 24-year-old man was walking to his car when he was approached by a suspect. The suspect produced a gun and shot the victim  for reasons that are unknown at this time.

The victim was taken to the hospital by the Milwaukee Fire Department, where he is being treated for what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
