Milwaukee police: 19-year-old shot in the leg near N. 11th & Locust

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating after a shooting took place near N. 11th and Locust Street.

The shooting took place Friday evening, May 27th at approximately 7:20 p.m.

According to police, a 19-year-old man was shot in the left calf. He was taken to Froedtert Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No suspects are in custody.

Police do not know how the shooting happened or the motive behind it.
