Police: Two shot, injured in two separate shooting incidents in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating two separate shooting incidents that occurred Wednesday night, June 22nd.

The first shooting occurred near 2nd and Hadley around 8:30 p.m.

Police say a 21-year-old man was shot during a dispute with another subject. He suffered a non-life threatening injury and is currently being treated at a local hospital.

The second shooting occurred about a half hour later near 57th and Hampton.

Police say a man was shot in a hallway of an apartment building by an unknown subject. The 32-year-old victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police continue to investigate both shootings.
