Police: Person arrested in Bay View after displaying erratic behavior

MILWAUKEE -- One person is in custody after an incident in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood.

Officers were dispatched to S. Williams St. just east of Kinnickinnic Ave. to investigate the erratic behavior of a resident. Apparently the person became upset after We Energies performed emergency services on his home. Nearby neighbors became concerned with the person's behavior and called police.

As a precaution, tactical personnel were used to make contact with the resident.

After completing an investigation, it was determined that a crime had been committed.

The resident was arrested without incident.
