Hammes Co. seeking approval for Park East office development

MILWAUKEE -- There are more big plans in the works for Milwaukee's Park East Corridor.

Brookfield's Hammes Company has submitted plans to re-zone a parcel of land near Water and Knapp.

If all goes to plan, the one-and-a-half acres of land would be converted into an office building and parking structure.

The project will likely go to the Milwaukee Plan Commission for review later this fall.
