"Known to carry firearms:" U.S. Marshals try to track down Devan Townsend



MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 26-year-old Devan Townsend.  Townsend is a convicted felon wanted for breaking his parole.

Agents says Townsend has been in and out of jail for most of his life.  He's been arrested for car theft, battery, bail jumping, resisting arrest, drug charges and other infractions.   He is known to carry a firearms which is the biggest concern for marshals.  Townsend has many tattoos covering much of his arms and upper body.  "44th" is tattooed on his left forearm, "44 & Garfield" is tattooed on his left hand.  Other tattoos include: "Da Boss," "MOB," a globe, a Milwaukee Brewer's logo, and glove, a depiction of the grim reaper,  money sign, and a depiction of downtown Milwaukee.  Townsend also has the face of Jesus and a cross tattooed on his neck.

Devan Townsend is 5'8" and 170 lbs.
