Green Bay Packers sign WR Harvey Binford

GREEN BAY -- The Green Bay Packers announced Thursday, July 28th that they have signed WR Harvey Binford.

 Binford (6-feet, 185 pounds), a first-year player, played for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League in 2015-16. He played collegiately at Lindenwood University in Belleville, Ill. Binford scored the first touchdown in program history in 2012, helping the team to a 43-37 victory in the inaugural game. He will wear No. 13 for the Packers.
