Police: 19-year-old man shot, wounded near 35th and Silver Spring in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police responded to a non-fatal shooting in the area of 35th and Silver Spring at about 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, August 8th.

An investigation has revealed that a group of subjects were walking, when a vehicle drove past and a subject in the passenger seat fired several gunshots at the group.

The 19-year-old male victim was shot at least once.

Police, along with Milwaukee Fire Department officials provided medical care for the victim on the scene.

He was then conveyed to a hospital. The victim is expected to survive.
