MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify several suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery that happened around 11:50 p.m. on August 23 at the BP Gas Station near 35th and McKinley.

Police say a male suspect with a gun instructed customers inside the store to steal items which led to several individuals taking merchandise.

Those individuals fled from the scene, at which time the main actors and a woman returned to the store. The male suspect with the gun stood in the doorway, pointed the firearm at the clerk, and the female stole more merchandise.

The suspect with the gun is described as a black male, between 25-30 years old, standing 5’8”-5’10” tall, with a dark complexion and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a gray tank top and blue jeans with a letter “V” type of design on the rear pockets. The female was seen wearing a multi-colored shirt with horizontal stripes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Milwaukee police at 414-935-7360.

Between the arson, looting, and robberies I don’t know how BP affords its insurance. The prices of items will have to increase to cover the loss. Works like any other insurance, the more the loss the higher the premium. Do the people that commit these crimes and felonies realize they are hurting their family and neighbors? The prices skyrocket or the station leaves. Now there’s a job loss, no bread, milk or gas in that neighborhood. Continuing this way, Milwaukee will be the next Detroit and all that’s left will be the 3rd ward-but don’t think when they are done with destroying their area 3w isn’t next. End this. Turn them in. What a jerk to make customers steal for you by gun point. You are the lowest form of life. Those innocents will forever be terrified and probably not allowed in that store anymore. And worst of all, if they arm up and shoot your sorry @%%, or if the cops do, there will be riots and vigils.

Imagine a kid in the car : How I spent my summer vacation: We went to a Brewer Game and on the way home we needed gas and milk. A man asked my mom to help him get some things for him instead of our milk. Dad said this is the last baseball game we will ever attend. We didn’t get gas or milk and had to wake up Grandpa and Grandma to bring us gas that we keep for our lawn mower from a lited up parking lot at a Costco. But Grandma also brought chocolate chip cookies AND I got to stay up really late. My little sister learned a new word and said it right out loud in church on Sunday. It is 4 letters and is very naughty. Mom gave dad the angry mom face for 2 WHOLE days. Daddy had to put 5 dollars in the swear jar. My uncle Jimbo laffed and laffed.-Jimmy

I don’t understand. A random guy just walked in the store and asked everyone to steal junk food? He didn’t bother to get cash from the clerk? What exactly am I missing?

Not at all saying it’s ok to rob the store for cash, just saying I can comprehend that a bit more. This is just pure ignorance. He didn’t even get any crap for himself. Lol I just don’t get it.
