RACINE COUNTY -- A 27-year-old Pell Lake man, lewd and lascivious behavior following several incidents from August of 2012 has been found guilty of five charges -- two felonies and three misdemeanors following a jury trial.

The verdict was returned on Thursday, September 22nd -- on day three of Adam Vicory's trial. Jurors deliberated for more than two hours before reaching that verdict.

Vicory was found guilty of the following charges:

Vicory will be sentenced on November 22nd.

The incidents occurred on August 2nd and August 3rd of 2012.

The criminal complaint in the case indicates two girls told officials they were riding their bicycles near Westridge Ave. in the City of Burlington on August 2nd, 2012 when they were passed by a vehicle which slowed down and turned around.

The girls told officials the vehicle drove past them, and the man inside exposed himself to them.

The criminal complaint in the case indicates on August 3rd, 2012, a woman told officials she was on East State Street when she noticed a car coming up behind her very quickly, which followed her for some time. When the car passed her, the woman told officials the man inside exposed himself to her.

This woman was able to get the vehicle's license plate. That vehicle was registered to Vicory.

Additionally, the three victims were able to pick Vicory out of a photo lineup as the suspect in this case.
