"It`s peaceful over here. Very peaceful," LaToya Turner, who works in the area said.

On Monday morning, in this quiet area, there was the sound of sirens and neighbors watched as police tape was put up.

"We just saw the police tape and the police cars outside with their lights on. Surprising, shocking, hurtful. Our young people. With all the things that`s going on, I`m speechless," Turner said.

A section of the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin's parking lot was blocked off by Glendale police -- the red tape indicating this was a death investigation.

"I didn`t realize I was that close to it," Elaiane Stoffergen said.

Stoffergen said the news shocked her.

"You betcha. We have enough stuff and we`re just a smaller town -- so I am shocked," Stoffergen said.

There are plenty of surveillance cameras in the area where this happened -- so police will likely be taking a look at the video to see what it may show.
