Developers unveil plans for 10-story building near Brady Street in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Developers have unveiled plans for a 10-story building near Brady Street.

The 140-unit building will be built between Franklin and Arlington -- where a former Boys & Girls Club building was torn down earlier in 2016.

The current design is a four-story base for the building closest to the streets, with a more narrow glass tower rising up another six stories.

The idea is for the building to seem like it's four stories while walking on the street.
