South Milwaukee police: Windows in multiple vehicles shot out by BB gun

SOUTH MILWAUKEE — South Milwaukee police are investigating on Thursday, September 29th multiple calls from citizens regarding broken windows on vehicles parked on the street.

Officials say those vehicle windows were damaged by someone using a BB gun to shoot out the windows.

Seven of these criminal damage complaints occurred in the Southtowne Apartments area. However, there were three incidents in the northwest and one in the southwest section of the city. The City of Oak Creek also reported several criminal damage complaints in their northeast section of the city.

The South Milwaukee Police Department encourages citizens to report suspicious vehicles and subjects. If any citizen observed anything they think might assist the Police Department in identifying the subjects responsible for this damage please contact the Police Department 414-768-8060.

    This was going on in Cudahy a few years back. I myself had to replace 2 windows at 2 different times. Very frustrating and costly.

    Ha. We called about ‘suspicious ” activity a couple of nights ago. “Sorry, we don’t have anyone available. Do you want someone to follow up with you, ” Yes. Still waiting.
