Update: Critically missing man found dead on Milwaukee's north side

MILWAUKEE -- After two men were reported to be critically missing in Milwaukee, one was found alive and the other dead. Milwaukee police are now treating the investigation as a homicide.

According to police, 30-year-old Jason Dixon-McNeal, also known as Jason Small, and 65-year-old Donald Lewis went missing around 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 7th. They were last seen at the Young Urban Jazz Cafe located at 2451 W. Fond du Lac Avenue -- near 24th and Fond du Lac.

On Saturday afternoon, October 8th, Jason Dixon-McNeal (Jason Small) was located by police.

On Saturday evening around 8:00 p.m., police say Donald Lewis' body was found hidden on the property near 24th and Fond du Lac.

Police say they are now treating this investigation as a homicide.

A 30-year-old Milwaukee man remains in custody for the crime and MPD will present the case against him to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.

An investigation is ongoing.

An autopsy will be conducted on Monday, October 10th.
