Is your teen getting enough sleep? How much they need, and how you can help them get it



MILWAUKEE -- Do you ever find yourself having to drag your kids out of bed to get them off to school in the morning? They probably aren't getting enough sleep! Dr. Lisa Cottrell, a psychologist with Aurora Health Care, joins Real Milwaukee to help your kids get the rest they really need.

Last year, the CDC urged education policymakers to start middle and  high school classes later in the morning after finding early class times are taking a toll on adolescents' health and academic performance. So far, few schools have changed, but there are somethings parents can do int he meantime.
