Closed for Wednesday: Rainy conditions shut down China Lights Festival

HALES CORNERS -- The China Lights Lantern Festival will be closed on Wednesday, November 2nd due to the wet conditions on the grounds and parking areas.

28 artisans from China started work at the Gardens on September 1. They spent the month assembling around 1,000 individual pieces that make up about 40 separate installations around the grounds. And because of the success of the show, China Lights has been extended to be open to visitors through November 6th.
