Milwaukee teens reported missing arrested following police pursuit in stolen vehicle

MILWAUKEE -- Two Milwaukee teens who were reported missing and were wanted in connection with a robbery were located and detained Sunday, November 6th after they fled from police in a stolen vehicle.

It began around 10:45 p.m. when Bayside squads responded to the area of Brown Deer Road and I-43 for a vehicle pursuit that was initiated by the Village of Brown Deer Police Department.

Prior to squads arriving in the area, Brown Deer police terminated their pursuit.

When Bayside police arrived on scene they observed the suspect vehicle, a white Dodge Stratus, traveling eastbound on  Brown Deer Road without any headlights and nearly striking several other vehicles.

Bayside police did not pursue the vehicle, but found the vehicle a short time later stopped on the ramp from eastbound Brown Deer Road to northbound I-43 with two flat tires.

The officers observed three subjects run east from the vehicle and was able to detain all of them.

The driver, a 15-year-old from Milwaukee, was listed as a missing juvenile and was wanted for robbery by the Milwaukee Police Department. A 15-year-old female passenger was also listed as a missing juvenile and wanted for robbery by Milwaukee police.

The Dodge Stratus was found to be stolen from a resident from the City of Milwaukee.

Officers from River Hills, Fox Point, Brown Deer and Wisconsin State Patrol assisted.
